“din Safety Chambers” Boats?

I am lookung for a small inflatble boat, and came across 2 categories — with or without “DIN safety chambers.”
What are/is DIN safety chambers?

Has any heard about this boating+safety product: FREE Guide – Creating and Writing Your Blog? I actually have used it and found it to be excellent.

    DIN stands for “deutches institut fur normung” which is a european industrial rating system, much like CSA in Canada, or Warnock Hersey in USA. These chambers are rated to never deflate under adverse conditions, adding a safety factor into the inflatable.
