In Michigan, no one may operate a motor powered vessel over 6 hp if they are between the ages of 12 and 15, except if they successfully completed a state approved Boating Safety Course and have their Boating Safety Certificate onboard with them, or; if they are under the direct supervision of a responsible individual who themselves is at least 16 years of age. A Boating Safety Certificate is also required for all persons at least 14 years of age and born after December 31, 1978.

I don’t get it. Why cant these supertankers and ships have a no float zone in dangerous waters and blow any small boat away that breaches a safety zone?
Did these pirates get on board while no one was looking? so shouldn’t they have infra red cameras on all sides of the boat and have 24/7 monitoring.
Also the range of the RPGs that they pirates have is limited so if these ships just had better fire power they could sink them before they get close I suppose.

Another 40 tourists were drowned to death in Thekkady boat capsize.
No life-jackets,No life-buoys
No proper instruction or briefing to tourists,like they should not move from one side of the boat to the other side.
Nine members of a Same family of ten have lost their lives.
The boat was carrying 82 Tourists,overloded beyond its capacity.
Government of Kerala should take stern action against the offenders.
Any accident of enormous casualties,one can find Ministers,looking like drums(Obesity),visit the spot and utter the stereo-typed condolence messages.
This type of accidents will again take place,because we ourselves don’t strictly adhere to SAFETY and HYGENIC aspects.
Many more repeated reckless events are as follows,
* Small kids falling into deep hole
* Workers dying while cleaning sewage tanks due to asphyxiation
* School Children driving cars or bikes and injuring/killing innocent people
* Drunken driving is very common,One can see cars and bikes in front of bars and in front of police nose but police will be busy checking drunken driving creating an artificial traffic jam.
* Big banners or cutouts of party leaders falling on innocents
and many more leading to a big list of unsafe practices.
Why don’t members contribute the unsafe activities in your place?
All these are due to some unscrupulous politicians and some corrupt officials.
